Please provide your child’s details at least 5 days before the exam, including emergency contacts and medical information.
If your child is late or unable to attend, full fees remain payable.
We may change the venue within 10 miles (7 days’ notice by email).
We may change course times (7 days’ notice by email).
Parents must check emails (including junk/spam folders).
No nut-based snacks are permitted.
All payments are non-refundable.

Contract: A contract is formed when we email you confirming your order.
